I had a mixed experience during my stay. The bathhouse was absolutely delightful and really made my trip, offering a relaxing atmosphere and a top-notch spa treatment. However, the initial check-in service left much to be desired, and the rooms had some cleanliness issues that shouldn't have been overlooked. Overall, it felt like a good value because of the wonderful spa, despite the uneven service and minor maintenance problems.

The hotel has some great features, like the amazing hot pools and a fantastic massage service. However, our sleep was disturbed by noise from neighboring rooms, and there were issues with our bed. Although the staff was nice, the overall experience was marred by these inconveniences.
